Privacy policy
This site collects as little data as possible. Here is what it collects, why, where it goes and what your rights are under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR.

Contact form
Data: your name, your email address and your message.
Purpose: to answer your request and, if you wish, send you a proposal.
Flow: your browser sends the form, encrypted (HTTPS), to my server at Infomaniak in Switzerland. The server immediately turns it into an email to contact@loicberthod.ch, sent through Infomaniak's mail service, with no database. The email is kept in my mailbox.
Retention: two years after our last exchange. If a contract is signed, business documents are kept for the legal period (ten years for accounting records).
Abuse prevention: an encrypted verification question generated by my server, with no third-party service. To limit automated submissions, the server keeps the IP address and the time of submissions in memory for one hour at most.
If you message me on WhatsApp, your messages go through the WhatsApp service (Meta), under its own privacy policy.
Audience measurement
The site uses Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free statistics tool hosted in the European Union. It counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, referrer, device type) without identifying visitors or storing their IP address.
Cookies and fonts
This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this server: your browser does not contact Google Fonts. The web server keeps no visit log for this site.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@loicberthod.ch. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country.
